How exactly does that work and how does it show on your credit report if it shows at all?
Does it require a hard pull for the person im adding? Does it reflect that they also have that card on their credit history?

It does not show on your CR but on theirs it will show Responsibility: Authorized User

There is almost always no HP required for them, and in most cases it will show the entire history of the card on their report
