Chase Saphire Preffered normally requires a previous 5,000 limit card?? I'd say Citi Prestige.

No it doesn't ... Got mine as my first.  Plus the prestige isn't on the same level as the CSP.... The prestige is going against the Amex plat while the Premier is more geared to compete with the CSP IMO
