It is TU (Transunion) or EQ (Equifax)? And you bought it here at myFICO?

 

These might seem like silly questions but many sites will sell you a "credit score" but it's not a FICO score.

 

 

 

From a BK years ago to:
EX - 9/09 pulled by lender 802, EQ - 2/11-816, TU - 2/11-782

the 30 day lates are all in 2009, during the summer.  The collections account was in 2005.

IMO, with no other revolving account and a lot of baddies, you may not find it easy to get citiforward card or any other prime card.

 

I would try cap 1 pre approval or a local CU for now.
