well you can get an amazon store card if you want.. that card is only good if you have amazon prime as you get 5% cash back on amazon purchases. they will likely pull TU (they did that for me yesterday)

also try for the sallie mae card. pulls TU too and gives you 5% on gas and groceries and amazonSmiley Happy

I tried Sallie Mae they denied me because of the CO then because of the limited account opened.

Yesterday CU (approved) $500. Chase Freedom (denied), Barclay Sallie Mae (denied). Today Discover It (denied)

Oh well guess I'll wait until next year and try again. I'll have clean reports across the board with 2 CCs reporting and an auto loan.

I'd also look into a CU card. They often give high starting limits which can open the door for higher starting limits on future cards. CU cards typically have extremely low interest rates as well.

my CU cc apr is 13.99% and that was when i was 18 lol so you can do it!

 Yeah i opened the card yesterday they pull TU so I knew I was good. Got the auto loan at 3.8% and their Platinum Visa Rewards at 7.99%. They tried to get me $2500 starting limit but haven't had my Cap 1 open long enough.
