After 6th attempt Cap1 Ex Office came thru.

Finally. Got CLI after the 6th attempt. Last year every 2 months I call the exec office for CLI and keep getting denied. I have 2 cap one card and I requested 4k for each of the card. I got someone that is very nice and told me that manual review must be done she ask few questions then told me that 3to5 bussiness days she will call me back. She ask what is the least amount that I would take and told her 2500. Been stuck on 750 for almost 2 years. When she mentioned that she will pass this on to the underwriters for review I knew from that moment I will get an increase in just a few days. Good enough I check my account yesterday and was approved 2500 for each of the card. Success.

Just curious, how many days did it take from the time she told you she was sending the request to underwriting until you got the CLI? 

I just spoke with the E.O. peeps yesterday and they told me the same thing.. sending to underwriting and will get back to me in a few days.

3 days I got the CLI then she call today after the 5th day to Iet me know that my request was granted. then she ask me if there is anything else that she can do for me, so I ask her if I can get my APR lower and wave the annual fee. She look at my files again and told me that my APR will stay the same on 19.99% but she will take my annual fee out of $39.99. Sweet success....
