All credit cards are now paid off debt free now what?

Question once all of a  person's cc debt is paid off what do you do if you no long want to use cc but don't want your credit score to start to drop ??

Cut them up and throw them away but don't close the accounts?

If your cards have no AF then "sock drawer" it. Use it once in a while and pay before your statement cuts to ensure that your CCC does not close them.

Congrats on paying them all off! SD them and use them every few months to keep them active.

Do any of your cards have rewards? If so then I say pick the best card with the best rewards and use it and PIF monthly. Otherwise I would put them away and use every now and them just to show activity IMO.
