I received my materials today for the Savings and I was wondering if they are better to work with when it comes to loans if you have a Checking to... I have a local bank that I have been using for my Business and Personal Checking but could funnel some money to a checking with them as well if it would help with approvals unless they work the same with a Savings holder only since I could put all money in there and not split it up between two (Checking & Savings)....
Does Alliant send pre-approvals to account holders for loans?
Do they do another Hard Pull if you request a Checking but already have a Savings with them?
Actually, a savings account would represent more to them, if you used it, than a checking. Sock a little money in there each month if you want some brownie points.
If you put a Direct Deposit, they like that too....so then you might want to consider checking if you aren't happy with your current bank. But I don't think you have to move checking.
Thanks! Yes, I am happy with my current Bank but wanted to make sure I get the most out of there Loans and Cards... I will put all my Savings with them....
Anyone use Alliant that is Self-Employed and if so how are they looked when it comes to Approvals..... What have they asked for for Proof of Income???
If you are going to have to declare self employed, generally you will be asked for tax returns as proof of income. Often it will be last 2 years. Now this is not based upon any experience I have with Alliant, but in general what self employed income verification requires.
Some loans, may even require financials from the company (mortgage). Anyone self employed with Alliant gone through income verification?
