Hey, what you apply for?

I got denied for the Platinum Rewards. I thought they pull TU FICO 8 (mine is 688) since I asked a few times and that's what they told me. It turns out they pulled TU FICO 9 which has a very low score for me about 621.

Read some old reviews on this CU. Anyone know if there requirements changed and are they still only pulling from EQUAFAX? Any fresh news would be helpful. Thanks
They still seem pretty good to me.
For me they pulled EQ for a credit card application, and TU FICO 9 for credit limit increase applications.

I guess they're not so good. The other day I applied for a CLI on my Platinum Visa card. They did a hard pull (they always do), pulled my TU FICO 9, which is 812, said my request was "approved".
The next day I saw that they'd decreased my credit limit from 25k to 15k!?

The Visa Platinum w/Rewards. For some reason their credit cards show up as loan products. But thinking back I think my local CU may do this as well.

OK SJ, you win. That beats my Barclaycard tale hands down! Unreal, just really bad customer relations I think.
