Yes they do pre-approvals. It's not a true preapproval though. I've received several. One hit my email today with a code, that's after they denied me 2 months ago on a preapproval. Lol
You can't trust their preapprovals like some lenders..it's mostly marketing.

I've gotten  two email offers from them with what seemed to be pre-approval offers with codes in the last six months or so.  The latest one was just last month.  Haven't taken them up on it, so can't give any more info.  There have been a couple threads about it recently.
