Alliant Question

I tried to open an Alliant account and it says someone will call in 3-5 days. I think the problem is the mortgage they listed as one of my questions was not a name I recognized because my mortgage is serviced by someone else. After failing it twice I realized my mistake. Will they still open it? Is there anyway to get them to reset it so I can try again? I spent an hour trying to find a way in PSECU until I realized I will just make my business a "special employee group" on monday! I also tried penfed but they say they mail everything? Thanks

Re: Alliant Question

If you fail the online security questions, you can still join but you will be required to do it manually and probably provide some docs for  ID and address verification.
