Already have a Walmart Discover - If I apply for another GE Card...

Already have a Walmart Discover - If I apply for another GE Card will it be a hard pull?

Is there a way to do it as a soft pull by calling or certain links?

Thanks

Thanks. I figured that was the case. I wish I had checked on barclays before doing a CLI last night. I would have rather used that HP for a paypal card.

GE isnt real INQ sensitive, if you want it and your util is good and have some history i'd go for it!!

LS is on the money with that.  Like a lot of MyFico members, he'll also tell you GE accounts sometimes (usually) start small, but can grow well!
