I agree with uncle bob.... there is no story without the problem. Where cs comes in is when there is a problem. Nothing goes perfectly every time, so it is how you handle the problems that set you apart. And then going the extra mile like a $25 credit goes a long ways in making the customer feel like they are just not another number.
