I logged into my AmEX and noticed that I can : "Enroll your eligible Card by 4/14/15 & pay your cell phone bill of $75+ online @ these accepting major US Carriers (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, or Verizon) by 7/15/15 & get $10 back. Limit 3 statement credits. Make it easy & sign up for auto pay!"
Okay $10 per month for three months of paying a bill I would pay anyway is nice.
I just checked my account. I do not have the offer. I guess, it's because I make 'mobile' payments? Hmmm.
Since this offer may be out awhile, I will make my next Verizon payment online & see if I get the offer later...

Probably good but this is only going to 1% rewards. WIth a high enough bill, a 5% card like Cash Plus is going to better

Um, arthmetic skills are key.
$10 off $75 is 13.33% cashback (plus whatever cashback you get on your AmEx normally). You don't have to pay your whole bill, or you can pay more than your bill. Make three $75 payments. If you still have a balance, then pay the rest with your Cash Plus. If you end up with a credit balance on your cell phone account, then let it get eaten away over time.
I got it on my CostCo Personal AmEx, but not my CostCo Business AmEx. Didn't see it listed on AmEx Offers in Facebook, so I couldn't add it to my Fido AmEx.
I made a $75 payment on my Verizon bill Monday and already got the $10 credit. I'll make two more for another $20. Once I use up the $225 on my Verizon account, it goes back to autopaying from my Chase Ink for 5%.

Good point. It didn't say that it had to be your full bill. Just at least $75 bill.

True, I missed that of course it didn't need to be the whole bill. But then, in sarky response, tiime value is also key. If I split the payments I save $7. Worth the effort? Maybe, maybe not.
Thanks for clarifying the $75+, I'll also split my bill to get the bonus.
I see this offer on my BCE account too, but I already have it set up to be auto-paid with my Quicksilver. Don't know if it's really worth cancelling the auto pay for this, because this doesn't seem to be a permanent feature.
Not bad
