Your account likely got manual reviewed and they were able to still increase you, just not as much as you wanted.

You should try another increase soon. Talk to a rep. I think you have to say REP 4 times before it connects you but it helps to let them work the numbers rather than the system. They might give you a chance and approve you for a little more.
