Amazon Confusion

a few weeks ago I called CS to request a CLI which was granted and went from $700 to $3500. I went to my account and confirmed that limit had been increased. Fast forward to today and I just received an email saying that I received an auto increase and my new limit is $2000. So I checked back and limit is still $3500... 

 

Has as anyone else had this happen? Should I call or leave it alone and see what happens?
