Got my Amazon store card on 7/1/14 with a $1200 CL and a random CLI a few weeks ago for $1400. I have 4 statements cut but no luck with the luv button. Should I try to call or wait for 11/1/14?

11-1-14 since it's so close

It's exciting to pen down your own Synchrony schedule then watch when that 4 month statement finally cuts because you are almost always assured some (SP) CLI Smiley Very Happy  So far can't get the CLI amounts i would like to see on Walmart & Amazon but not complaining. Beats a blank Smiley Happy

Now then on the ShopHQ card they been most generous with them. Opened at $1000 and just got a $800 CLI last month making it now $2000 but it's real work trying to find something useful from them to use it on. Only 2 purchases period and they grown it better then the other ones i pour spend thru regularly LoL

Re: Amazon Store Card - Your starting/current limit?

I wondered about whether or not a purchase would help on a brand new account...

Re: Amazon Store Card - Your starting/current limit?

I opened my Amazon store card on 10/13/2014 starting limit $800......to early for a CLI and I havent asked for one. Im definitely going to try at 4 months though if I dont get one automatically.
My plan (to hopefully increase my odds at 4 months and because of the 6 months no interest) is to leave a balance when the statement cuts for the next 1-2 statements After I got my card in the mail I bought my husband a Xbox one and a game. I only put $285 of the purchase on my amazon card because I had $200 saved up in Amazon giftcards. Out of my $800 I only used $285. I paid some towards it today and I am going to keep paying it and pay it off before Christmas (around the end of November) I also plan to not use it again till that balance is paid off then use it a little more around Christmas.

My Amazon Card: 600/750/900

All from the LUV button, cause India Credit Solutions is literally never any help for me.

Re: Amazon Store Card - Your starting/current limit?

Approved 7/21/13  $700 CL

6/14 First CLI (9 Statements!)  $1200

10/14 Second CLI (4th statement) $1800

Both CLIs were through LUV button.   I was unsuccessful with Credit Solutions from the original 4th statement onward.   I haven't tried CS since the initial CLI, however.

Re: Amazon Store Card - Your starting/current limit?

Initial limit - $400, auto-cli to $600 three months later. Tried the luv button a couple of times after, it failed. Called on phone and asked for 2K, approved. Didn't think I asked for enough, called several days later and asked for $4K, approved. Probably could have gotten more but not very good at "how much you want" questions. Working on that.
