Will Amazon store card cut a statement if you have not used it. My last statement was July 9th. It is now the 14th and still no new statement. I did not use the card this month at all. But I did pay the 9th statement amount after that one cut. So it got me wondering why no statement is showing online.
Synchrony backed store cards generally don't cut $0 statements AFAIK so if you want it to cut a statement you have to leave a balance of some sort (a credit, i.e., a negative balance, would work too or at least it does on my Walmart SC).
I would also add that even if you don't have a statement cut, Synchrony will still report the account unlike Comenity who doesn't seem to report unless there's activity (at least in my experience).

If you have ANY activity ( purchase, payment, fee etc ) a statement will cut even if it is a $0 balance
That's weird, you definitely should've received a statement no matter what. Did you accidentally turn paperless statements off? I can't think of any reason other than something is wrong on the settings end

AFAIK, I've never received a Sync statement when I had a $0 balance for the statement close.
