something like that happened to me with amazon,called them to retune a tv and keep getting offshore ppl so the last time i called i got offshore i told them (I want to speak to a representative in America) worked like a charm,got a sweeet lady in georgia,try it can't hurt.

With all the  Intensity  and  Emotions  in this Thread, I kept reading and reading.

Gasping my breathe repeatedly at times, to include rapidly clutching my chest and heart in shock at the comments and action.

I've had that same feeling in several threads. I think to myself wait...so what did OP actually do.
