I've seen posts claiming they've received the Airline Fee Credit in 3-5 days. It's been 3 weeks for me and no credit has posted.

CSR response has varied in 7-10 days to 14-30 days via Chat & Phone inquiries.

Please list your experience - GC Amount Purchased, Airline, Purchased Via Web or Airport & Time posted.

What GC did you buy? Mine and many others were refunded very promptly

Delta $100.

Well that could be a problem and therefore the holdup.  The Delta credit card is thru Amex and therefore they get a different level of reporting than if you purchased AA gift cards.  This is the same when people are using Chase airline credits for United Airlines.  They can see that the purchase is for gift cards which is not redeemable under the terms of the benefit.

I don't think that's the problem. Mine went through fine with Delta.

Hope it isn't. I just know that in Chase's case, there were people that were able to get United GCs to go thru and others blocked.
