American Express Green E-Mail Offer... WHAT?

An offer for a Rewards American Express Green with no AF for first year for ME??? Are they crazy?! (Also didn't know Green had rewards! or maybe I did just doesn't have the bonus categories like Gold premier) Either way, this doesn't hold any light to an offer right?

Says I have to apply by september 1st.

Go for it Smiley Wink

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
