American Express Jet Blue PC to Delta Skymiles?

Hi Guys,

I have a Jet Blue American Express that I've had for quite some time.  Since they've demoted their points system, I would really like to product change to the Delta Skymiles card.  Will this be an option for me?  I just payed the $40 annual fee again.  What are my options?  Thanks for any help you can provide.

if your card has been >13 months, you can ask for a PC.

You can also try calling and see if they'll waive the AF and refund that $40.
