I like to check my pre-approvals for AMEX every so often even though they usually don't mean much. But I still like to do it. So for the last couple I've been trying to check it. I'll enter in all my info, submit it, it'll look like it's processing for a few seconds, stop processing and just stay at the same screen. what's going on here?
I know they SP me once a month, and even send me pre-approvals at my actual residence. So I don't know the issue here. I don't want to apply, and be denied because they can't find my info...

Tried IE, Firefox, and Opera on multiple computers.

I doubt it means they wouldn't be able to process an actual application.

Are they pre-approvals from the site? I get the following message:
"You are pre-selected for the following offers"
Do they offer pre-approvals?

Absolutely nothing happens when I enter my information and press "View my special offers". I have used both Chrome and IE9. Is their website just broken?

I just checked my offers a few minutes ago using IE and it worked fine.
