Good news for those that use their American Express MR points to transfer to British Airways Avios points. Several years ago Amex dropped the transfer rate from 1.1 to 250:200 and this hurt a lot of people that regularly use BA for flights including domestic ones. Just recently they permanently moved back to a 1:1 rate and now thru 9/17/17, they are giving 350 Avios for 250 MR points. Pretty good deal if you use that carrier.
