Update. I just received a phone call from American Express. the review is complete. 4 days after faxing over requested tax forms release. I faxed it on Monday. And the outcome is. All the holds on my three cards has been lifted!! And no changes to any of my accounts!!! Whoooooo!!! The nice man on the line thanked me for being a loyal American Express member!!! Thank goodness that is over and I can relax!!!!
