Just wanted to give people a heads up that Ameriprise World Elite is offering an APR (purchase) of 4.5% for customers who quality (excellent credit) and 1.99% (balance transfer).  There is an AF if you don't spend more than $10,000/yr.

This is a super card........the airport lounge priveliges are as good as the amex platinum    which has a $500 annual fee.

I was upgraded from the basic world card an offered a life time exemption of tthe annual fee regardless of how much I charge annually.

The cash advance interest fee is the same 4.5% annual rate a s the purchases.......totally unheard of by any other card...this is a must have card for everyone.........

The only problem with this card that it is managed by Barclay, which is sux, but thanks for info OP.
