Amex 180 Day..... too soon?

So I read the definitive guide which refers to 180 day increase. Today was 180 days after my last increase. Within a split second of hitting the button I got a 7-10 day notice. Obviously it could be a decline...but then I was reading 181 days by Irish and others... does that mean I hit the button a day too soon with tomorow being 181 days?

IIRC - the guide also says something to the effect of that some folks get approved even after getting the 7-10 day message.  I'm assuming it's 180 days since any of your CLIs on your AMEXs?

First CLI at 61 days. Then every 181 days after.
7-10 day should be okay I think. They just use that for manual reviews I believe. GL
