I was just appoved for their BCEP card and I am interested to see wich report they pull for their CLI's? Thanks!

Don't think people are necessarily saying that. Amex uses the last SP report, showing your overall credit picture with all your lenders. Presumably they are also free to use your current AMEX balance in making a decision, but we don't know for sure one way or the other.

What I have done with my Amex CLI request is to make sure my utilization is low on other accounts and my Amex cards are all at zero.
I was originally declined on my first request for a CLI on my BCE, then went from 1,000 to 3,000 to 9,000 on that card with each request. On my HH which started at 10,000, I recently was successful to 25,000. All of this was within a year and half.
