Amex 3xcli then PC

Do you think it's possible to get a PC right after getting approved for a 3xCLI? I'm going to try to convert my Blue sky to BCP in a couple weeks when my 61 days hits.

Amex requires 1 year before PC I believe now with Credit Law... "MIGHT" be able to get around it if it's same or less AF, but if it's more $ on AF it's 1 year.
