Was able to get my APR on Amex Delta lowered to 15.24% today via chat. It's not great but considering the card is only a month and a half old, I'll take it.

Was glad that Amex is offering an APR redux on a new card. My BCP is at 0% for 15 months so I'm good with that card for now. I don't carry a balance on either card, but it's nice to have a reasonable APR in any event.

congrats on your reduction. it also helps with wanting to app new stuff.......

you can chat with them in 2 weeks and get it lowered again. got my BCE lowered from 21.99 to 9% in 31 days.

its almost like they dont keep a record of when you chatted or when you got a reduction last. try it again next week please and let us know

how it goes
