I'm gardening until the end of the year so I'm always trying to find things to do that won't involve hard pulls. Just got off chat with Amex. They lowered my Hilton Surpass from 17.5 to 14%. Afterwards I realized that they have an old EX score that's 30 points lower than my current one. As soon as the new soft pull shows up I'm going to try to get it lower.
