Amex BCE - 11 days still waiting

[Anarchy]

I applied for the Amex BCE 11 days ago and was instantly approved.

11 days passed and still nothing in the mail.

On the phone with them now and turns out the Apartment # they have in the system is blank  -___-

I knew it was strange I didn't receive anything in 11 days to my NYC address.

Anyway, nice gentleman I'm talking to now (great customer service) said he will overnight a new card for me!

I should receive it by tomorrow no later than 7pm EST. That is excellent service I must say.

I had to wait 3+ weeks for my BCE to arrive.  They "lost" the original one so they overnighted a replacement to me. -_-

It sucks waiting for a new card. Glad you got the issue resolved.

For anyone else wondering how it takes to receive, I apped for my BCE on 01/01/13. I had instant approval and just received the card on 01/11/13.
