Last Question then I'm going to be reapplying with them at a later date
but how much later should i reapply? I was going on the assumption that since i'm declined now I should reapply 1 year?by then they will see my IT, Freedom, BofA cash rewards, and Bofa better balance rewards cards and they all have much higher CL' combined then the ones that were closed or should i wait until the Judgement and Toyota comes off the report?

IMHO a year they will need to see a strong history of using your cards and high limits so keep your head up good luck with the future car.

keep moving forward time heals

I would also try GW toyota can't hurt but ask in rebuilding maybe someone has direct experience with them Smiley Wink

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Re: Amex BCE recon declined

Seriously thank you for your help
I was planning on making a call to Toyota motors financing department  but I guess writing a letter will be better served
In your opinon do you think it's better to address it to customer relations department or who do i make this letter out too?

I guess i'll try to call them and find out who would handle past accounts that deliquent accts

Re: Amex BCE recon declined

I highly recommend going the gw route with Toyota, just this month I wrote to them and they removed 2 30 days.
