Re: Amex BCP 61 day CLI Score!

I wouldn't worry about an FR.  It sounds as your income supports the CL.  Congrats!

Re: Amex BCP 61 day CLI Score!

i tried on Monday this week...and was declined :smileysad: (with income well into the 100s).  caviat is I probably should have waited considered i just paid off the balance from our honeymoon this month, as well as PIF all our balances on all cc's (50% utilization > 0%).  I am hoping this puts things in a much better light :smileyhappy:.  Do you know if i have to wait a specific amount of time post decline?

Re: Amex BCP 61 day CLI Score!

I've been told you can repoke the beast in 6 mos if declined from what I've read here......

As for poking the beast, its a soft pull so I see no reason why you shouldn't, I did have util that was good........one thing to remember in my eyes is that if you already have good util, by increasing the CL you will in reality droping your util again as if approved you will have more credit.
