Yes, I applied in august. I remember getting a new card agreement for my zync card stating the previous 1 was sent in error but don't recall getting one for the bcp. In any event the new agreement seemed identical to the old one.

I too got credit on Dec 19 and yes I got my card in Aug of this year. Love Amex... Gave me $ 25 credit for small Business sat & 3X increase  (25k) in 60 days.

I just seen this thread and checking my account, I too got a $75 credit! I applied on 09/15, I have to say this is a very nice unexpected surprise. : )

No credit on my BCP account.    I apped during the last week of Sept.

Maybe because I've already received a couple hundred dollars worth of credits from various promos and sync offers.

Or much more likely it was after the cutoff date of 9/25.  Sounds like sending out the wrong version of a letter between certain dates creates a legal obligation to refund the fee.  I'm guessing people will (or already have) get a new letter establishing the correct AF when their cards renew.  But certainly a nice rebate for those that got it (not me, I got it in Feb...) Did these apps come with the $150 offer?

Yup, I got the $150 sign up bonus & was issued the af reversal credit.
They charged the AF the last day of the first billing cycle.

I'm honestly not sure.  I would get the BCP regardless if I were you.
