I had the same issue on my mobile but pulled it up on my laptop and got it to work.  Pulled the trigger on the EDP, best deal I've ever seen

Do Amex match an offer? Last week was 25k points, now is 30k points. Should I even bother to call?

You can try but Amex is not known to match offers like Chase

Right. Amex wont do what chase does. Chase is nice in that regard. Although I view amex as MUCH more lenient with approvals (except for the new cobranded development).

There are a few id numbers for the offers floating around. I was immediately able to get the 30k EDP offer via chrome incognito, first try.

BCE i havent got that yet. Not intending on applying just checking for how easy it was to replicate.

Dang it! I didn't want to app for a new card...I'm working on my ED spend right now, then I wanted to try and get a Citi retention offer and build up some more TYP...but now I want the EDP..I've always wanted it as an everyday spend card, but with this higher bonus, I want it NOW!! Ahhh!!

If your credit is in good shape, judging by your other cards, looks like it is... what would happen if you apped for it, got the bonus.... then you can close your current ED in 13 months and combine limits? And then while youre at it you may as well grab the PRG 50k offer too.  Amex gave me a delta, ed, and PRG all in 60 days....so anything is possible?  Maybe amex wouldnt like that though???

how do you differentiate spend between UR and TYP?  (use TYP more for hotels and UR for flying?) Would you really want to have UR, TYP, and MR?  I do admire the prestige/premier combo very much. Also the CSP/Freedom/ink.  Although UR is less appealing with the impending loss of Amtrak.

Also why are your CLs being volunatrily decreased?

You may have to pull up an incognito browser to get the offer, and don't sign in or it can be hard to get to pop up.

This is really an awesome offer, but I must wait. I'm still milking my Freedom card for the 10 points per swipe and 10% extra points, so my volume of small purchases go there. Only after Chase takes that away will I try to determine my new many-swipe card.

Thanks for the link, OP, I was able to get it to work first time by typing the address in an InPrivate session in IE.

Wow, I barely lasted 24 hours before getting the EDP. So much for my planning.
