Amex BCP - what does my status mean?

Just applied for the BCP this afternoon. Got the 7-10 days message. Checked the app status and it said check back in 24 hours. Now it says in progress? I clicked on the link to be updated electronically. Am I getting the "ding" letter?

Starting Score: EX: 575 (PSECU 5/2/12) TU: 582 (3/6/12) EQ: 664 (4/27/12)
Current Score: EX: 725 (PSECU 5/11/13) TU: 722 (5/23/13) EQ: 695 (5/23/13)
Goal Score: 720

Keep checking... it will change. My magic 8 ball says it will be approved.

Oh, I got the 7-10 day message then checked and it was in progress. I checked 20 min later and it was approved. I think if it was a denial it would be denied instantly.

Sounds good. I've gotten the instant denial the last 2 times. Hopefully 3rd time is the charm.

Fingers crossed!

 

When I started my rebuilding process a few years ago, I applied for AMEX too soon and got the instant denials.  In process sounds a bit more promising.
