Recently received my amex blue card. When does it start reporting after the first statement. Also i notice when i logged in on american express web site, It says member since 1989. I completely forgot i had a American express card when i was 18. So will my card report 1989 or 2010?

Amex will backdate the new account to member since 1989 since you had a card back then. So it will show as member since 1989. Amex is the only one that i know of that does this. It is nice, especially that it will really help your AAoA.
Thats excellent my oldest card on my credit report now thats open is credit one which only been open since 06.
the card that you had when you were 18, was it closed in good standing or did it have anything adverse on it?
To be honest with you I dont remember as I noted I was shocked when i logged in and i saw you have been a member since 1989. I think I payed it off and just stop using it but not sure.It was one you had to pay off the whole amount each month . Im assuming it was in good standing or they wouldnt have open this account. But it has been 22 years too.
I have three baddies on all three credit reports which are paid and three in a half years old.
Can I get approved for a blue with three negatives on my CR?
When I applied I had at least 3 baddies on my experian credit report one was a medical collection from 06, a victoria secret charge off from 05 that's showing a 0 balance. A capital one charge off from 04 that's showing a balance I think it was around 2500 but its not on my report any more it drop off. But I did have a card with amex in 89 so I don't know if that help me get back in. My transunion 660 and equifax 673 or 680 at the time I applied, They pulled experian so I don't know what that score was. So i dont know if you can get approve but your scores are better than mines so i would think so. American express has there own scoring so you never know.
