I wish I had the BCE offers still. I'm going to app for this card in about a week. But now the prequal site brings up other cards, and hasn't had the BCE or BCP offer on mine for more than a month. I think I've been getting offers for the Platinum, and different Gold Cards, etc.
$150 is nothing to sneeze at, but I'd wait for a better offer. From my Amex prequals (I pulled the trigger on the $250 for the BCE myself recently):
