Account opened: Jan 1st.
61 days later would be March 3rd

Now, after March 3rd (if approved) when will I be eligible for my 2nd CLI?

Do I wait 3 more months from March 3rd or 6 months from Mar 3rd, etc..

..and do I ask for 3X the amount again?

Example:

Jan 1st starting CLI $2000

1st CLI March 3rd ask for $6000 and receive it.

2nd CLI X months later ask for X amount?

Amex CLI's are 60 days after activation, then six months. Yes, you can ask for 3x on every CLI. It is just recommended that you not ask for a limit greater than $25k. Limits over $25k will likely require that financial documents be sent to Amex.
