Amex CLI online not working?

Trying to get a CLI and did all the steps and when i click submit request, it hangs there. Tried it 3 times in a matter of 3 hours and same result, it hangs there.

Dang, the cards arent in your favor here.. Just kidding, call up and speak to a rep. Ask em if their system is updating, or hold out a bit longer, and try again..

I had the same issue on Saturday, but used the Automated Phone, and it work. From $2k-6k instantly.
