In November I'll be eligible for a CLI on either my HHonors or EDP. 6 months since CLI on the Surpass and 61 day on the EDP. I want more CL on the EDP but would be limited to 24k, I'm thinking of asking for 45k on the Surpass and then when both cards are eligible I would move some of the limit to the EDP. If I did this in March would the EDP be eligible for a CLI in April or would the transfer of limit count as a CLI? Ideally if I could get 45k I would move 10k to EDP leaving me with 35k on Surpass and 18k on EDP and try to CLI it to 50k in April. Then I'd be content with my Amex cards.😬
