Amex CLI?

  I requested a CLI upon activating, got the 7-10 days in the mail response, does anyone know if this is an auto deny, or if they have awarded CLI's upon further consideration...

No but you probably just set yourself up for their very popular FR process.

That's okay, honestly I can't blame them for wanting to check up on the people that they're lending money to.  I was honest, actually I lowered my income to be safe.  No worries about the F/R if they come knocking.  I don't depend on cards anymore either so suspending the account won't be a problem. 

The only reason that I applied for Amex is because I'm trying to get with some better lenders than Cap One and HSBC.

That 7-10 days notice I got was a denial for me. :-/

Yeah I took Fused's advice, I called, and they told me that it was not a possibility at this time yada yada yada!!! oh well, didn't hurt to ask... I'll try again in 6 months after I have a little history with them.
