Amex Category for Ebay Transactions

Does anyone know if Amex codes Ebay as a department store or not?

I'm pretty sure since you pay the other person directly through PayPal it processes as Professional Services

Yes, I just double checked mine a made a purchase on eBay via PayPal using my Amex a week ago and it's coded as Internet Services. No bonus earns.
