Amex Charge card not reporting in months

My Amex Charge card has been reporting $0.00 for 3 months now on all 3 CRAs. I PIF approx. 8-10 days after statement closes. I've had the card for over 1 year and it has been reporting accurately up until July of this year. 

Did I miss the news that Amex Charge cards now only reports $0.00 for everyone?

My charge is reporting correctly but my Delta hasn't updated since Aug.

I thought the point of charge cards are that they don't report util?

Charge cards still report balances - just no cls.
