Does Amex still allow a credit reallocation across all of their cards ? I tried to do one tonight (same way I've done in the past) and wasn't able to do it - it looked like the site functionally had been removed.

if all cards qualify you can do it online and if you qaulify it's instant... otherwise it's like a cli request if you get the 7-10 message it's usually declined.
my partner was declined the first time we tried to move CL's but a couple months ago was able to do it instantly online
but he is still declined CLI's
it suppose be under profile/mange credit limit/transfer available credit to another card.

but i can not see that option on my account
i have "from" account 14 month and "to" account 2 month, so i met the 13/2 rule, but in some post, people said i need 12 statements generated, well i only have 11, 3 statements were missing because of no usage, it this make sense?
