Am I the only one annoyed by the beeping on the phone when you talk to a CSR that indicates the line is being recorded?
I've only heard it when calling a backdoor number or new accounts. But yeah it is really annoying.
i haven't heard the beeping but i have had some trouble understanding the non us based reps. fort i rarely call them in fact this last week was the first time i have called them since i gotten my zync in 2011 and it was only to find out what my bce limit was (anyone else find it annoying they dont tell you on the spot what you limit is just approved?) and then after i got the card i mistakenly setup a seperate log in for my new card during the app so i had to have them add it existing log in
Not that it matters,
But Amex's outsourced reps are some of the best imo...
I almost always get tricked into thinking they are nearly native US speakers!
Globalization ain't all that bad yall... I mean, let's get real... You wanna fight for a call center job? Lol
