Amex Delta APR Reduction

Just wanted to report that I called tiger the APR reduced on my Amex Delta and it was taken down to 12.24 from 15.24. I have had the account open for 5 months and haven't carried a balance. I was quite surprised and pleased with the results! I just called the number on the back of the card. My goal over the next six months is to reduce my APRs as much as possible.

Congrats If you don't me asking how much have you ran though the card?

My score a week ago was 713, score on approval was between 709-720 based in other approvals at the time. I'm guessing it was approx the same. I have many more accounts in the last five months. I was approved for the amex hilton a week ago at the 19.99apr which is not the best rate.

Thanks. I'm intrigued by the possibility of getting an APR lower than the lowest rate advertised for new applicants, which is what I currently have.
