So I called Amex EO like a week ago, and I have to say my experience with her was excellent. The talk was casual, and she made feel comfortable as if I'm talking to a friend! To make it even better, she sent me a personal thank you letter! This is first time it happened to me (I have CCs since 2008). Hands down the best customer service I had in awhile.

OK so do we really have to ask... What were you asking for? and did you get it?
Warm fuzzy friendlies are great, but did she help you with whatever you were seeking??

I used to work for Amex and I had to go into 3 months of training before I even started the job! They really are customer oriented and most of our lessons were catered around how to make the customer happy.
