I just got this "we invite you to apply" email. Am I on AMEX's radar or is everyone getting these today?

I got it too. Says it'll expire end of march. My green card is on it's way and hasn't even arrived yet. So I highly doubt i'd be under Amex's radar.

My assumption is it's a mass blast.
