Amex... I'm impressed.

[ Edited ]

Got two emails today.....

Amex has taken it upon themselves to expedite delivery of my new PRG and Lowes cards... (I did not ask for expedited delivery)  the email stated that I would get the cards in 2-3 business days...

It takes a lot to impress me, but if these cards show up by friday I will be duly impressed.

Did anyone else get this email?

I got my second PRG in 2 days (had previously upgraded first to Platinum). They overnighted my SPG.

They expidited my prg. I thought it was going to be the standard 7-10 days but it was up-sed through next day air. Applied for it on a saturday night and got it Tuesday after noon when I got home from school, I didn't ask for it to be expedited either. Very impressed and very happy with them so far.

Re: Amex... I'm impressed.

Amex has always overnighted my Platinum Delta card without asking for it.  They are second to Discover when it comes to customer service IMO.

Re: Amex... I'm impressed.

Nope, I was actually upset that after I got approved for my Platinum Delta Amex they wouldn't expedite them (i'm alreadry a card member) the CSR said if I would have asked before the application he could have but it was already processed so there was nothing he could do

Re: Amex... I'm impressed.

Couple dollars come to shipping wont make a big deal outta thousand of dollars we spend on the card.

They make plenty of money for each customer for money we charge through the card every months.

Amex and Discover seem like the best when its came to bussiness.

Thats the way most of america cc company should do and follow.
